Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capturing and maintaining static data related to capital market operations
- Ensure new SSI changes are well reflected in the system
- Manage incoming documents and ensures they are properly stored in the system
- Ensure all activities are well documented for audit trails
- Report potential risks to the management team in a timely manner
- Liaise competently and professionally with other teams and departments
- Follow procedures and fulfil all Compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Business or other related discipline
- A minimum 2 years of experience in settlement or back office operations within the banking industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Immediately available is an advantage
