Job Description
- Monitor service delivery by putting control in the process & adjusting team resources
- Lead and implement change in the policy servicing function
- Supervise the team to deliver customer service to agents / business partners
- Process policy servicing transactions in different administration system in complying with the process guidelines and turnaround time
- Collaborate with Customer Services, Claims and Underwriting teams in providing supports in daily operations
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose necessary changes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
- Knowledge in insurance operations
- Experience in general insurance operation and perform supervisory role
- Technical knowledge in policy administration
- Able to design procedures process
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Language
Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Supervisor, Policy Processing”.
