Job Description

  1. Monitor service delivery by putting control in the process & adjusting team resources
  2. Lead and implement change in the policy servicing function
  3. Supervise the team to deliver customer service to agents / business partners
  4. Process policy servicing transactions in different administration system in complying with the process guidelines and turnaround time
  5. Collaborate with Customer Services, Claims and Underwriting teams in providing supports in daily operations
  6. Identify improvement opportunities and propose necessary changes

 

Requirements

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
  2. Knowledge in insurance operations
  3. Experience in general insurance operation and perform supervisory role
  4. Technical knowledge in policy administration
  5. Able to design procedures process
  6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Language

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Supervisor, Policy Processing”.
