A start –up company in IT Software applications is looking for a senior HR manager. The position will be mainly focused on recruitment functions of both HR and the Mainland China office, in addition to the daily HR duties. He or she needs to have the knowledge of China Labor Laws and well in developing retention strategies
The ideal candidate should have both HK and Mainland China experience in working at IT software industries; or experience in recruitment firms which are specialized in IT industries, good relationship management skill with sound business judgments.
University degree with strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin are required.
