Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support within the Human Resources Department
  • Create reports as needed in related to headcount, training, compensation, etc.
  • Maintain staff attendance record and filing system in an accurate and orderly manner
  • Handle routine reporting and system maintenance assigned
  • Handle candidate scheduling and logistics as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder ideally in human resources management with 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to streamline processes in dynamic environment
  • Can work under pressure and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English, Mandarin
