An IT solution provider is looking for a Accounting & Administration Director to lead the finance, accounting HR and Administrative functions of the company.
Responsibilities:
the person needs to oversee and develop consolidated corporate and subsidiaries financial statements; prepare financial analysis , sales forecasts , monthly variances ; annual budget and coordinate with auditors He/she should ensure financial integrity and exercise proper internal controls, as well as to ensure all financial reports are in compliance with GAAP. In addition, the person should coordinate with the various departments in resource planning and mange various types of agreements to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 year experience in finance and accounting functions, with working experience in software and technology industries
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, accounting or finance
- Professional designation of CPA, preferably with Big 4 experience.
- Proven leadership skills in managing a cross-functional team of accounting, HR and administration
- Energetic and able to operate in a fast paced environment, with ability to handle pressure and also detail oriented
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
