Job Description

  1. Liaise with internal and external partners in management and distributions of trust assets
  2. Responsible for the preparation and documentation of trust establishment and transfer including trust deeds, letter of wishes and board resolutions etc.
  3. Responsible for handling Employees Share Award Schemes operation, including shares grant, vesting, trade orders and settlement instructions

 

Requirements

  1. Degree holders in Law, Accounting, Com Sec and Business related disciplines
  2. Professional qualifications such as STEP, CPA, LLM or ACIS is an advantage
  3. Relevant working experience in trust
  4. Strong communication skill and attention to details
  5. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
