Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of digital learning platform, courses, and related processes
- Support video shooting and audio recording in developing digital learning and course content through teamwork
- Provide ideas and technical support on visual presentations and digital artwork in the production of multimedia resources and digital learning
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties, including external training institutes if required
- Maintain training database for recording and reporting purpose
- Assist in handling procurement, payment settlement and reporting
- Provide training administrative & logistic support to in-house and offsite learning activities
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree in multimedia/ creative media / computer science / information technology or related discipline, from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ relevant post-qualification working experience in multimedia, web-based platform or education field
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Flash, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and HTML/PHP/MySQL/APPs development
