Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greeting and serving guests, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and handling daily mail, fax and courier services
  • Booking meeting rooms and arrange necessary preparations as required
  • Liaison with vendors for orders placement as required
  • Handling other administrative duties as required

 

Requirements:

-Secondary education with 3 years’ relevant experience

-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

-Detail oriented with good communication skills

-Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin

 

-Immediate available
