Job Description
- Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to cross-sell Personal Loan products to existing customers
- Achieve assigned business targets
- Identify customers’ financial needs to provide professional advice and customized loan packages
- Handle personal loan applications and address customers’ enquiries to ensure smooth drawdown
- Ensure proper adherence to established guidelines and policies and external compliance
Requirements
- Post-secondary or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably in personal loan sales or retail banking
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving, initiative and responsive
- A good team player with strong sense of ownership and attention to details.
- Good proficiency in spoken English , Cantonese and Mandarin
