Job Description
- Report to Head of the Training Department
- Formulate and implement training strategies to align with bank business goals and objectives
- Work and communicate closely with business units in bank in order to identify training needs and requirements
- Design and develop strategic training plans to meet bank specific business requirements and needs after discussions
- Oversee the training of frontline staff including the colleagues in Mainland China on various bank products and services
- Oversee training operation and overall training delivery
- Perform ad-hoc projects and related administrative functions when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holders in Business, Finance or Law or equivalent qualifications
- Relevant training experience in banking industry
- Work experience in financial products or service training
- Good business knowledge of wealth Management and regulatory requirements of bank
- Possess project management skill and knowledge
- Good team-player and self-motivated
- Excellent presentation, languages and communication skills
