- Lead a team to execute strategic planning for Retail SME portfolio products to meet the sales target
- Prepare and design strategic planning for Retail SME portfolio growth including CASA, deposit and retail SME loans
- Development of digital channels for Retail SME to enhance transactions capabilities and support business growth
- Develop marketing initiatives by gathering market’s and competitors’ information and situation.
- Drive teammates to deliver the product enhancements and marketing campaigns can deliver on time with high quality of standard in terms of market attractiveness, competitiveness and compliance as well
- Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process during programs.
- Coordinate channels with various internal parties to ensure product features are channeled effectively
- Monitor the business results and take actions in case of any undesirably results
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in related products & marketing in Retail Banking and/or Retail SME marketing
- Experience in business strategy formulation
- Previous participation in product development is an advantage
