Job Description
- Formulate marketing strategies to drive business and revenue growth of the credit card business
- Develop card value proposition and new card features to increase card usage, market awareness and customer loyalty
- Manage marketing and reward programs cost budget to balance and control profitability
- Maintain close liaison with card association partners to provide customized business and growth support
- Drive and coach team subordinates to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding performance
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 10 years’ experience in credit card business with managerial exposure
- Solid background in card product management, marketing, , business analysis and partnership management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, result oriented with good business acumen and analytical skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
