Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide IT infrastructure, server and network support;
- Provide support to critical systems such as Email, POS, ERP, DMS, intranet, Accounting and HR systems;
- To maintain best practice in IT service management;
- Assist in ad-hoc IT projects for continual improvement;
- Maintain IT hardware and software;
- Recommend IT solutions to improve business effectiveness;
- Install, test and upgrade front and back office hardware, software and peripherals.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in IT or related discipline;
- 3-4 years working experience in providing IT support , with front-line IT support exp preferred;
- Hands on experience in supporting Windows OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, MCSE certificated is preferred;
- With knowledge of server and network management in Windows server, SQL server, Windows AD server ,firewall and VPN support;
- Knowledge of database management, backup/restore/maintenance;
- Knowledge of MSSQL and ability to provide simple SQL statement is an advantage;
- Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
