Job Description
Job duties:
- Design and deliver educational programs for sales teams, conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Design Specification-of-Competency-Standard-based (SCS) training curricula within defined time frame and budget
- Prepare learning materials and evaluate training results, work closely with sales people to identify challenges
- Provide job aids to assist sales persons on performing sales and service activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand strengths and weaknesses of sales persons from focus group and performance metrics
- Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and managers on the contents and effectiveness of training courses
- Recommend ways to increase productivity and help increase the overall performance of sales teams to achieve sales goals.
Job requirements:
- University degree holder or equivalent
- Over 6 years of experience in managing and delivery sales and service training, preferably in banking or financial industry
- Additional training certification, or possession of sales experience an advantage
- Good planning and coaching skills, with the ability to manage the full training cycle
