Job Description
Job duties:
- Devise the mechanism and tools for risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of operational risk in bank
- Lead team to responsible for policy setting and assessment of operational risk
- Develop the enterprise framework, policies and guidelines in relation to operational risk management
- Initiate and conduct regulatory driven and internal risk assessment
- Provide advices on operational risk to entitles of the bank
- Provide support to facilitate Senior Management’s oversight of operational risk
- Lead various projects in relation to bank operational risk management
Job requirements:
- University graduate in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
- Over 8 years’ experience related to operational risk management, internal control and risk governance in financial institutions / consultancy firms
- Practical experience in managing enterprise policy setting and assessment of operational risk
Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Operational Risk Manager”
