Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day trust administration and ongoing operations in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and review trust documents and KYC documents and ensure proper compliance
  • Maintain client relationships and conduct regular review and workflow streamline to cope with client’s trust needs
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with professional qualifications such as CPA, ACIS or STEP
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience in private trust administration
  • Good knowledge of trust compliance
  • Good team player with strong organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin
