Job Description

Job duties:

  • Perform daily administration works and comply with external regulations and internal company’s procedure manuals
  • Provide operational support to frontline businesses and the bank trusts
  • Follow the workflows and provide quality services to clients in trusts
  • Coordinate and liaise with both internally and externally with business partners

 

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in law, accounting, business related disciplines or with relevant professional qualifications in Trust, Law, Accounting or Company Secretary
  • Minimum 2 years solid experience in trust administration / company secretarial matters
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Proficiency in computer literature
