Job Responsibilities
- Assist Manager for project administration and management
- Provide all-round administrative support to project office periodically
- Provide support to follow up overseas visitors like visa application, accommodation booking and other administrative duties
- Any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree or above in any relevant disciplines.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in project coordination or customer service.
- Good communication , patience and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good Japanese speaking (JLPT N1) will be an advantage.
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
