Senior Officer – Fund Settlement (Financial Institution)

Job Description

1. Handle daily operations for trade settlement of designated portfolios and funds
2. Maintain close liaison with fund custodians, fund managers, brokers to ensure smooth completion of the settlement process
3. Monitor and operate various settlement systems including but not limited to CCASS, S.W.I.F.T, CMU, Euroclear etc
4. Support system enhancement projects and User Acceptance Test as required
5. Follow up outstanding settlements and corporate action events

Requirements

1. Degree holder with minimum 3 to 4 years relevant experience in banking or financial industry
2. Good knowledge of settlement systems with exposure in custodian business
3. Experience in Corporate Action handling an advantage
4. Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
5. Immediate available preferred
