Job Description
- Perform data analytics to support customer targeting and product penetration for retail banking customers
- Conduct customer behavior analysis and digital channel analysis to use data from social media to drive brand awareness and improve customer stickiness
- Support marketing campaign management and coordinate with sales channels and relevant stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Compile MIS business tracking reports
Requirements
- Degree holder in statistics, quantitative analysis or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in business analytics for Retail Banking
- Proficient in statistical tools with SAS programming knowledge, R and Python preferred
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
