Job Description
- Develop pensions business strategy to achieve sales target of MPF/ORSO
 - Oversee channel development and design promotion campaign/sales tools to drive MPF business growth
 - Provide ongoing sales and training support to sales channel
 - Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of product initiatives
 - Review MPF products and scheme performance to ensure product competitiveness
 - Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
 
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5years’ MPF business development experience gained from insurance, brokerage or banking channels
 - Holder of MPF license
 - Sales oriented with strong communication skills and high risk and compliance awareness
 - Good familiarity with broker or other distribution channels
 - Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua
