Job descriptions :
- Liaise with Buying & Purchase department for determine quantity and ordering.
- Monitor and communicate with all the vendors in mainland China, Vietnam and Bangladesh; order allocation as well as purchase instruction.
- Arrange with vendors on quality control, logistics flow, factory audit and production process checking for finished product
- Inspection and approval of bulk fabric , trims and samples in terms of Pre-production samples or Delivery samples
- Fulfilling CPL delivery system by daily in order to ensure smooth operation between HK and headquarter.
Requirement:
- Well experienced in Garment industry especially for outdoor wear.
- Self –motivated, calm and team player.
- Good command of English , Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Good computer skills at Excel, PowerPoint, solid experience at ERP, CPL or NAV/ some software similar
- Need to travel at mainland and Vietnam ( Not frequent, around three times a year )
