Job Description
Job duties:
- Provide production system support for all database, hardware and operating system for all servers and network infrastructure, including troubleshoot, implementation, migration, and upgrade.
- Responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation and day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT systems infrastructure
- Perform configuration management for all inter-networked LAN segments and WAN facilities with NCC
- Perform first level 7×24 problem determination, resolution and management for all customer problems in the LAN and Desktop environments. Provide technical support when problems arise
- Assist in development and maintenance of LAN environments
- Provide technical support on traditional PABX, IP PABX and Voice Recording System. Design and enhance the functionalities of IP PABX system to fulfil business user requirements and DR requirements
- Study and propose solutions on network areas to support the Group’s new business directions and initiatives, including Fintech initiatives
- Maintain the security and integrity of the inter-network of LANs and single systems
- Perform inter-network performance management, capacity planning and traffic analysis as well
- Manage /monitor vendor performance to ensure their service standard meets SLA
Job requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Over 8 years of experience in technical support area in financial services industry
- Familiar with Linux, Windows, UNIX, DB2, Oracle, SQL and supporting of SAN storage and VMware environment
- Good client management skill and able to prioritize and follow multitasks
- Good team management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet projects deadlines
