Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the customer management strategies for retail banking customers to improve customer stickiness and product penetration
- Conduct market intelligence and customer behavior analysis to support segment and product strategy formulation and business opportunities exploration
- Use of business analytics and campaign management to enhance business competitiveness
- Implement continuous data mining to develop effective tracking mechanism to improve key business drivers
- Co-ordinate with sales channels and relevant stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 6 to 8 years’ working experience in retail banking, product management and customer management or sales development area
- Proficiency in statistical tools with SAS programming knowledge
- Proven track record and good knowledge in strategic planning, business analytics and positioning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
