Job Description
Job duties:
- Govern the financial budget, forecast, cost allocation, balance sheet management, ALCO, , interest rates and cross-border business transactions
- Devise strategic and financial analysis, customer account plans, customer segmentations, product profitability, individual KPIs, sales targets, scorecards, dashboard and metrics to achieve various divisional goals
- Conduct objective financial evaluation on business decisions, projects and initiatives
- Spearhead the strategic plan and policies for business control of the bank, e.g. Credit, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, MIS, Transaction Banking and Customer Service etc.
- Measure the sales performance of the divisions, sales teams and frontlines as well as tracking of marketing activities and banking products
- Ensure high degree of MI integrity and customer profitability analyses
- Collaborate with IT to develop and operationalize new business analytics using data warehouse, and work closely with Marketing, Products, Finance and Operations
Job requirements:
- Degree Holder in business related, preferably major in Accounting / Finance
- Over 8 years banking of Finance, Business Planning and Analytics
- Good Accounting and Management reporting knowledge on banking products;
- Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Candidate with more experience can be considered as “Section Head, Financial Planning and analysis”
