Job Description
Job duties:
- Implement customer proposition strategy, design customer journey and develop portfolio programs to designated segments
- Design and implement customer journey across multi-channel touch points for enhanced customer engagement in alignment with segment strategy for a diverse customer base
- Identify opportunities to acquire and grow customer relationships and increase their profitability through improved targeting, effective anchor and appropriate channel strategies
- Develop customer solutions including loyalty programs and events, and product offerings based on analytics insights, customer characteristics and needs to deepen customer relationship
- Collaborate with business units, channel teams, marketing and IT to develop the Bank’s transaction capacity, such as ATM service and remote account opening
Job requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline
- Over 7 years of solid working experience in product management, customer management or sales development in banking industry
- Familiar with banking products and operations/service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for success
- Innovative with good organizing and problem solving skills
