Job Description
Job duties:
- Lead the System Development team to develop secured and quality systems to support internet and mobile channels.
- As a Project Lead for Digital Technology projects, leads a team to develop and deploy appropriate cost effective IT solutions to support bank’s digital strategies
- Collaborate on project requirements, analyses business needs, prepares project feasibility studies and identifies appropriate systems solutions that address business problems and opportunities
- Develop activity plans, estimate time and resource; coordinates resources and activities for each phase of the project.
- Ensure the systems changes and enhancements are carried out properly
- Control and direct project activities; participate in system design; review and approve key milestones and deliverables
- Monitor status, prepares activity and progress reports, and identifies problems which may impact results
- Provides feedbacks on activity progress; coordinates all phases of system testing including stress test; oversees preparation of system documentation, training, and implementation of new and modified systems
- Conduct capacity planning with user periodically; monitors the performance, accuracy, stability and reliability of the production systems and ensures data security on all production data
- Investigate, manage and resolve production problems; and manage external relationships with vendors and consultants
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology /Computer Science or related disciplines
- Over 10 years of relevant banking experience in project management, preferably with knowledge of financial applications and experience in Digital Technology
- Ability to achieve bank project targets
- Solid project management and analytical skills
- Experience in designing and developing web applications or mobile applications
- Proficiency in common web frameworks and technologies
- Advance knowledge in software development life cycle protocols (SDLC)
- Strong sense of responsibility and have the ability to work independently
