Job Description
Job duties:
- Formulate and implement the annual compliance review plan
- Assist the Department Head in organizing and performing the compliance review initiatives
- Carry out the compliance monitoring programs on high-risk operations
- Perform scheduled branch visits, compliance reviews/ self-assessment on selected operations
- Prepare management report on branch visit and compliance review and monitoring
- Provide recommendations on compliance issues and findings being identified
- Follow up the implementation of recommendations issued
- Supervise the performance of compliance reviews & branch visits and review the work done by Compliance Managers in the team
- Develop and design the compliance monitoring programs, compliance review and self-assessment
- Conduct compliance training
Job requirements:
- University graduate or relevant professional qualifications
- Over 6 years’ working experience in the financial services industry with compliance / audit / risk management / internal control experience and knowledge of various ordinates
- Good initiative and able to work independently
- Able to exercise judgment and liaise effectively with business and supporting units
