Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to participate in branch related projects, review user requirements, functional specification, test plan and conduct UAT;
- Lead a team to supervise the branch operation staff to ensure all procedures were executed in full compliance with the Bank’s policies and the regulatory requirements;
- Ensure branches achieved desirable service quality standards and quality;
- Coach and supervise the branch operation staff to ensure efficient and smooth running of the day-to-day branch operations;
- Identify improvement areas on branch operations and control and improve branch operations efficiency through process re-engineering, simplification and system enhancement;
- Coordinate with other departments to develop and implement operation procedures;
- Assist in operational matters on development of branch network;
- Prepare and deliver training to frontlines before product/system roll out.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred;
- Over 8 years of solid experience in Retail Banking Branch Operations;
- Presentable with strong communication, management and problem solving skills;
- Self-initiative, able to work under pressure, good time management.
