Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implementation system including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Improve network security monitoring and protection.
- Process investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/ software problems.
- Perform BCP (Business Continuity Planning) drill , maintain network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Overseas security of all systems and governance to on hand outsource vendors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science.
- At least 6 yearshands-on experience in IT networking, security, infrastructure set up.
- Experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting (banking project is highly preferred).
- IT governance experience, good problem diagnosis and solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and native Cantonese.
