Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support business users on how to utilize the banking system efficiently and effectively, troubleshooting, problem solving and training for all end users, including front and back offices;
- Oversee analysis, design, implementation, maintenance as well as enhancement of the application systems to cope with users’ changing requirements;
- Drive office automation initiatives and projects relating to Globus and Excel;
- Work closely with end users and Globus team on system parameterization, implementation of new financial modules and performance evaluation;
- Perform application support in technical and user aspects to deliver expected output and quality services to users;
- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 4 years’ relevant experience in Globus / TEMONOS T24 application support;
- Experience in banking and financial modules, including money market, loans & deposits, securities, fund transfers, foreign exchange, asset management & others;
- Experience in various banking and financial interfaces, such as local clearing, Telekurs, SWIFT, etc. an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
