Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage major incidents which directly or indirectly impact the IT production services
- Lead the problem management process to perform the incident root cause analysis and ensure preventive actions are implemented
- Co-ordinate the incidents meeting and work with all related parties to provide recovery actions and plans
- Perform regulatory reporting of production incidents in case of need
- Conduct regular review on the incident, problem and change management and service management processes
- Manage the IT outsourcing vendors to ensure their services delivered according to the agreed service levels
- Perform annual risk assessment for the outsourcing vendors
- Review IT service level objectives regularly and deliver service level reports to business units
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minumum10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking environment with IT outsourcing governance exposure
- Strong IT technology knowledge and experience in incident, problem and change management
- Familiar with regulatory requirements in outsourcing and incident reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
