Job Description

Job duties:

  • Lead the team to develop business plans to drive insurance services and relevant products and services to meet business targets
  • Support for business expansion and product management and development for insurance services in bank
  • Build the insurance business by developing customer driven products based on identified customer segments, their needs and market developments
  • Lead the team to ensure effective product management including product due diligence, product provider selection and ongoing reviews
  • Work with branches, sales and other teams to develop integrated distribution initiatives to expand the business portfolio and revenue
  • Control and direct the team to ensure effective implementation of planned marketing programs and conduct evaluation and review as planned
  • Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required

 

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance or Marketing or related disciplines
  • Relevant professional qualification is an advantage
  • Over 7 years of marketing, product development experience in insurance field, preferably with Bancassurance exposure
  • Experience in managing Insurance services products and distributing through multi-channels
