Job Description:
- Team Supervision, guides the Team Managers to ensure the projects and tasks are align to the corporate infrastructure and network strategy , management and on both timeframe and investment.
- Proposes solutions to support the Group’s new business directions and initiatives (Cloud based platform and Fintech initiatives).
- Define Cloud architecture principles, strategies, standards, guidelines and processes
- Propose alternative technologies and improvements to increase operations efficiency or cost reduction.
- Evaluate IT technologies, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business and operations.
- Liaises with IT Security Management to ensure security, reliability, integrity and robustness of solution design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical support area in Banking/ Financial services industry
- Excellent client management skill and able to prioritize, multi-tasks and follow established procedures
- MUST has Hands-on experience in DEVOPS and Cloud Computing
- Design and implementation experience in different Cloud Service Providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
- Good team management and organizational skill and able to work independently and communicate well with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Certification in project management and/ or technical support management is preferred
- Excellent command and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
