Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Guests greeting, respond to their enquiries
- Registration and check-in / out follow up on all guests
- Maintain and update guest database input for the hotel group’s reference
- Fast action for any issue happen
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
- 2 year experience in Hospitality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, service-oriented and with a positive attitude
- Good command in English, Mandarin and native Cantonese
