Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of daily trade settlement operations, monitor the settlement cycle and follow-up with counter-parties for any exception item. Moreover, this candidate has to handle and monitor corporate action events for different kinds of products and markets. Furthermore, the right talent needs to monitor and operate various settlement systems, including but not limited to SWIFT, CMU, CCASS. In addition, he/she will be performed position reconciliation between internal / external records and will be participate in various IT Projects and User Acceptance Test.
This successful incumbent should be attained the following requirements:
- Degree in business related disciplines with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in custody operations in banking or financial services industry.
- Familiar with custodian business with good knowledge of custody system operations
- Solid experience in corporate action handling
- Good communications skills and proficiency in PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
- Fluency in written English and Chinese and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
