Job Description
Job duties:
- Lead the colleagues in the Company Secretary Department
- Provide quality secretarial support and company secretarial matter to senior management.
- Handle a wide range of company secretarial duties of the company
- Organize and facilitate board, board committees and general meetings
- Handle statutory filings and compliance matters by complying all regulatory, legal and corporate governance matters
- Perform ad-hoc project and assignment when required
Job requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Holder of HKICS or ICSA qualification is a must
- Over 8 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in serving senior executives/ board of directors preferably in banking and finance sector
- Experience and extensive knowledge in company secretarial works
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and report writing skills
- High Language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
