Job Description

Job duties:

  • Lead the colleagues in the Company Secretary Department
  • Provide quality secretarial support and company secretarial matter to senior management.
  • Handle a wide range of company secretarial duties of the company
  • Organize and facilitate board, board committees and general meetings
  • Handle statutory filings and compliance matters by complying all regulatory, legal and corporate governance matters
  • Perform ad-hoc project and assignment when required

 

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Holder of HKICS or ICSA qualification is a must
  • Over 8 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in serving senior executives/ board of directors preferably in banking and finance sector
  • Experience and extensive knowledge in company secretarial works
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and report writing skills
  • High Language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua

 

Candidate with less experience can be considered for the positions “Company Secretary”
