Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Head with robust business insights covering both internal customer analytics and external market reviews for business planning;
 - Understand customer behavior through exploration of big data;
 - Develop frameworks for information collection and analysis;
 - Conduct customer analysis and drive cross-selling campaigns to increase product holding and usage;
 - Identify business opportunities and develop segmentation strategy to enhance customer stickiness and profitability;
 - Lead market research on bank’s branding healthiness, customer’s satisfaction and the latest market information so as to provide information for senior management on strategic planning.
 
Requirements:
- University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field;
 - Over 8 years’ experience in banks, financial institutions or insurance companies;
 - Proven track record in business intelligence analysis, customer segmentation, marketing campaign management, CRM business applications, and market research;
 - Strong project management skills and experience with managing large scale projects;
 - Strong numerical acumen with in-depth experience in statistical modeling and analytics.
