Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to Operations and Business Support Manager/ Director
- Sales & store operations support functions and business development projects
- Projects management including budgeting, cost-saving, new business, store set-up and expansion, customer experience and operations enhancement, etc.
- Liaise with front-line staffs, different functional units and business partners to ensure smoothness and efficiency of store operations
- Support database management related to operations system
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Business Administration, Hospitality or Operations Management
- At least 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage/ Retail Industry Operations
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese is an advantage
- Strong sense of numbers, attend to details, well-organized, and result-oriented
- Proficiency in MS applications
