Job Description

Job duties:

  • Advise daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Maintain cash management and update related policies and procedures
  • Assist in month end closing, and preparing accounting schedules, statutory returns and monthly management reports
  • Manage collection activities and send follow-ups to the company clients


Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Strong computer skills, such as MS Excel.
  • Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work with accuracy
