Job Description
- Advise daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger etc.
- Assist in month end closing, and preparing accounting schedules
- Manage credit control and collection activities and send follow-ups to the company clients
- Maintain cash management and update related policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing statutory returns and monthly management reports
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficient in computer literature, such as MS Excel.
- Patient, detail oriented and ability to prioritize work with accuracy
