Job Description
Job duties:
- Meet preset business budgets for related products, including Mortgage, SME and secured lending
- Take initiatives on new product development
- Coordinate different internal channels and gather professional comments on the development of marketing programs
- Develop marketing initiatives by gathering market and competitors’ information and situation for product enhancements
- Plan and formulate effective marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives and business growth
- Execute planned marketing programs and action plans
- Regular reviews of business momentum and status of the programs and suggest improvement action items
- Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process
Job requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Over 6 years of solid working experience in product and marketing, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
- Experience in business strategy formulation
- Participation in product development is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
