Section Head, Credit Risk Management (Banking Sector)

Job Description

1. Report to the Department head of the bank
2. Supervise and lead a team of credit staff to perform various bank credit functions, including credit monitoring, credit rating and Basel project etc.
3. Oversee and review credit policies and credit manuals of the department
4. Check and monitor credit MIS reports for credit risk management
5. Perform credit risk analytics functions for different institutions and areas
6. Advise and participate in systems development and User Acceptance Test
7. Ensure the compliance with internal policies and guidelines and external regulatory requirements

Requirements

1. Degree holder or equivalent qualifications
2. 8 year’s relevant experience in banking industry
3. Good sense and judgement in credit risk and sound knowledge in bank credit operation
4. Self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work independently
