Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a direct sales team in South East Asia country
- Supervise the daily sales activities including promotion, negotiation and sales conclusion
- Organize and implement all sales and marketing activities for projects of the Group
- Liaise with external agents
Requirement:
- Over 5 years sales management experience at Real Estate , South East Asia experience is a plus
- General direct sales management experience is needed. Good command of English and Mandarin
- Hard working, self-motivated and quick response
- Excellent salesmanship, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
