Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch restaurant including hall, kitchen and drink bar
- In charge of deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
- Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
- Monitoring on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
- Inventory level inspection, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stock take regularly
- Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
- Implement branding and marketing promotions
- Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 3 years solid supervisory experience in operations management in hospitality industry
- Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume high end/fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
