Job Description
- Provide compliance support to ensure business activities comply with regulatory requirements
- Analyse new legislation or regulatory changes issued by HKMA/SFC and bringing the awareness of the business teams
- Formulate, review and update compliance policies and procedures
- Support license application/de-registration, CPT, regulatory communication/follow up, due diligence review
- Support internal and external audit on regulatory compliance and implementation of remediation measures
- Perform investigations and completion of incident report
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant regulatory compliance experience in banking industry
- Good familiarity with relevant laws, rules and regulations, codes and guidelines of HKMA and SFC
- Independent, self-motivated with good communication and time management skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
