Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to business on general banking compliance matters
- Analyze new legislation or regulatory changes and bringing the awareness of the business units
- Conduct compliance review and assessment as required
- Ensure proper implementation and compliance of regulatory requirements by relevant business units
- Handle staff registration matters; perform staff dealing and gifts and entertainment monitoring
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in General/Regulatory Compliance
- Familiarity with banking rules and regulations including Banking Ordinance, Securities Futures Ordinance, HKMA Supervisory Policy Manual,etc
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
- Proficient in English and Chinese
