Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings for branches
- Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting customers’ expectations
- Liaise with internal division and marketing department for food promotion and proposal
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above or equivalent
- 1 – 2 year(s) relevant experience with good food & beverage knowledge, Japanese F & B is an advantage
- Customer oriented, energetic with helpful and outgoing personality
- Good command in both spoken & written Japanese (JLPT N2) is a must, English & Chinese. Mandarin would be also an advantage
