Job Description
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Booking meeting rooms and prepare everything as required
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software, such as furniture maintaining, office cleaning, and etc.
- Activities supporting, such as teambuilding, annual dinner
- Settling the monthly statement
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies, business lunches, and research new deals and suppliers
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
- Secondary education with 1 to 2 years’ administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
