- Menus price set up, costing and catering services
- Menu conception, knowledge of recipes and operation of each unit
- Collection of details from different units for accurate price set up
- Support strategies of catering on pricing and complete recipes
- Data maintenance at system
- Estimate F & B costing, forecast market price changing
- Inventory control of relevant F & B materials
- ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Statistics or Business related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills with good communication
